Yoshkar-Ola Water Palace

The Yoshkar-Ola Water Palace, the most popular swimming pool among the city's population, was opened on July 6, 2010 and became the final object of the "sports island" on the shore of Malaya Kokshaga.

The

size of the large bowl is 50x25 meters, its area is 1,250 square meters, and its maximum depth is 165 cm. The shallow depth of the pool is due to the fact that it is primarily intended for mass visits. Water aerobics classes and swimming sessions are held here. At the same time, the technical condition and dimensions of the large bowl make it possible to hold competitions on an all-Russian scale.

The

small bowl has an area of 60 sq.m. and a depth of up to 90 cm. The youngest visitors to the new water feature are less than a year old, so the Mother and Child group is working in the small bowl.

The Yoshkar-Ola Water Palace uses the latest technologies in the combined water purification system. Filtration and purification is performed by calcium hypochlorite and ultraviolet light. The palace is a modern multifunctional sports facility that meets international standards.

The

Yoshkar-Ola Water Palace has a modern gym, massage rooms, hairdressers, manicure, pedicure rooms, medical control rooms, a large cafe with two halls.
