Two days of intense excursions and unforgettable gastronomic adventures! First, we work up our appetite during a walk: a sightseeing tour of the city of Yoshkar-Ola.
Then we will visit the First Cheese Museum in the Volga region, where we will learn a lot about the history of cheese creation, and learn how to properly make a cheese plate for tasting, as well as attend an interactive master class on making ricotta cheese. After a small snack, we will enjoy a full lunch with national dishes at the Teply Rechka tavern. Finally, we will visit the stylized site of Una Kudo, where you will touch the good cultural traditions of the Mari people. You will have a master class on baking Mari pancakes in a real oven, tasting of yeast-free bread "Legend of Mari", sausage and meat products from manufacturers of the Republic of Mari El. It will be unusual, delicious and extremely tasty!
