Shavi is a Georgian bistro in Yoshkar-Ola at 31 Chavaina Boulevard.

The menu is based on author's Georgian cuisine. Khachapuri, khinkali with various fillings, lobio, dolma, badrijani and other traditional dishes are prepared here. You can choose an Adjarian addition to khachapuri and assemble your own version to suit your mood - for example, with salmon or pastrami. There are meat, cheese and even sweet fillings for khinkali. Throughout the year, the menu is complemented with seasonal dishes with figs, mushrooms, berries and local products.

The special feature of Shavi is the combination of Georgian cuisine and art. The interior is inspired by architecture, fashion and artists of Georgia: in the details you can see references to Old Tbilisi and the works of Georgian masters. The interior of the project is marked by international publications on design and architecture, including ELLE DECORATION, ARCHELLO and ARCHLOVIN.

Each seasonal menu is dedicated to a new artist and complemented with themed decorations. Shavi also hosts art meetings, creative breakfasts, and workshops.
