Zaazyakovo Cheese Restaurant is anatmospheric cheese restaurant in the Zaazyakovo Ecopark near Yoshkar-Ola.
The
concept of the establishment is based around its own family-owned cheese factory and farm, where natural cheeses and dairy products are produced from the milk of cows from its own farm starting in 2020.
The restaurant's menu features original dishes using its own cheeses: burrata, strachatella, haloumi, camembert and other farm cheeses. Guests are offered European cuisine prepared with fresh vegetables, berries and fruits from the greenhouses of the ecopark, as well as farm meat.
A special
feature of the restaurant is the opportunity to observe the cheese—making process through the panoramic window of the production hall. After lunch, guests can visit the cheese factory, get acquainted with the cheese production technology, look into the cheese storage and taste the farm's products.
