Mari El won two awards at the Land of Discoveries geobrand festival
The Mari El Republic Tourism Development Agency won two awards at the 3rd All-Russian Geobrand Festival "Land of Discoveries," the results of which were announced on June 25-26 in Samara.
The Samara Regional Duma hosted the premiere screenings of the best films and videos about Russian regions, as well as an awards ceremony for the winners.
Following the competition, works dedicated to the tourism potential of the Mari El Republic were awarded high prizes:
1st place in the "Gastronomic Wealth and Culinary Traditions" category** went to the video "Gastrofestival "Yoshka Yesh."
3rd place The video "City of Yoshkar-Ola" won the "City of My Dreams" category.
The "Land of Discoveries" festival is one of the leading federal platforms dedicated to promoting Russia's regions through contemporary video projects. It brings together the country's regions to present their best tourism, cultural, and gastronomic brands.
The awards received recognize the successful work of promoting the tourism potential of the Mari El Republic at the national level and once again confirm the high interest in the region.
The project is being implemented with the support of the national project "Tourism and Hospitality."
